Another race in the books for The Powerglide Promods. What can
we say but another great show. 22 Cars were on hand we had 20
qualify with 16 able to make the first round call and like the
last race we had, some real close racing! So before I say to
much let me give you the run down.

We had a near miss when John Richards driving Stewart Williams
Bad News Camaro had the throttle hang open and run off the track
John kept it under control but it broke up the front end no
other major damage.
we would lose Abe Godfrey and Marlon Jones to trans problems
and Michael Knight to electrical problems this would bring us to
our 16 cars and boy what a show they put on.

Dewayne Silance Over Steve Bray. Steve had a little light on
Dewayne but couldn't hold off that Big Red Machine 4.367 To A

Semi's
Dewayne Silance would take the win over a red lighting RB Smith
things got scary when RB got lose and headed across the center
line Dewayne lifted and there was no incident Thank God
David Campbell got lucky here as he got lose and had to pedal
just barely getting past new comer Matt Suite A 4.611 To A
4.666 MOV .024
Finals
Well this looked like it could be a good one. David Campbell had
lane choice over Dewayne Silance . It was getting late and we
were starting to see dew so we new it could be anybodies Race.
David would get a slight light on Dewayne but he wouldn't he be
able to capitalize on it as he would get lose and have to lift.
Dewayne would claim his 5th race win of the season a 4.364 to A
8.427.
